Patient Portal

Sign up for the Patient Portal to be able to access your child's medical record online. 

In order to sign up for the Patient Portal provide us with your child's full name (no nicknames), DOB and the email address you would like the invite to be sent to. You can send this information to us by email to NRpeds@rdmg.com or by giving it to the front office staff in the office. Once we have this information, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register your child's account.
