Well Visit Policy Update

If you have multiple concerns or chronic conditions that you would like to discuss during a well visit, there may be an additional charge sent to your insurance company for a sick visit. If time does not allow for these concerns to be addressed, a separate appointment will be made for you.

These include but are not limited to:

Chronic Headaches

Stomach Pains

Psychological/School Problems

ADHD Recheck

Back Pain

GYN Concerns

Behavior/Social Concerns

We understand there are some parents have workplace challenges that make it difficult for them to bring their child for routine physical exams during regular business hours. We are now offering a limited number of routine well care exams during our evening and weekend hours. These are booked in advance and are only for children who will not need any lab work done. 

Spirometry may be available during your child’s well care exam if planned in advance and booked through the asthma nurse.
